IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: ChainCraft is an educational technology platform for learning blockchain and Web3 development. We do not facilitate, support, or engage in cryptocurrency trading, mining, exchange, or any financial transactions involving real cryptocurrencies or digital assets on public blockchains. All blockchain operations occur on private, sandboxed development networks for educational purposes only.
1. Introduction
Welcome to ChainCraft ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ChainCraft platform, including all associated services, features, and content. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ChainCraft is operated as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) educational platform that provides tools and infrastructure for learning blockchain technology, smart contract development, and decentralized application (dApp) architecture.
2. Nature of Service — Educational Platform
ChainCraft is strictly an educational and development learning platform. Our services include:
- Private Blockchain Node: A sandboxed Geth (Go-Ethereum) node running on a private, isolated development network (not Ethereum mainnet or any public blockchain). All tokens, coins, and assets on this network have zero real-world monetary value.
- Smart Contract Development Tools: Templates and deployment tools for learning Solidity smart contract development (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, Governance, Oracle patterns).
- IPFS Storage Integration: Tools to learn about decentralized file storage using the InterPlanetary File System protocol.
- NFT Minting Tools: Educational tools for understanding Non-Fungible Token standards. All NFTs are minted on our private development chain and have no real-world value or market.
- Governance and DAO Tools: Simulated governance mechanisms for learning about Decentralized Autonomous Organization structures.
- Oracle and Data Feed Tools: Educational tools for understanding how off-chain data integrates with smart contracts.
- Cryptographic Utilities: Hashing, signing, encryption, Merkle trees, and secret sharing tools for learning applied cryptography.
ChainCraft does NOT:
- Facilitate trading, buying, selling, or exchanging of any cryptocurrency or digital asset
- Provide cryptocurrency mining services or infrastructure
- Operate on any public blockchain network (Ethereum mainnet, BSC, Polygon, etc.)
- Offer any financial services, investment advice, or asset management
- Enable real-world financial transactions using blockchain technology
- Function as a cryptocurrency wallet for real digital assets
- Provide any token, coin, or asset with real monetary value
