Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans

ChainCraft offers subscription-based access to educational blockchain development tools. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscriptions provide access to our educational infrastructure — no cryptocurrency, digital asset, or financial instrument is purchased.

2. Free Trial

New users receive a free trial with limited API calls. No payment information is required for the trial. You will not be charged unless you explicitly upgrade to a paid plan.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through Dashboard > Billing > Cancel Subscription.
  • Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Your data (smart contracts, files, configurations) will be retained for 30 days after the billing period ends, after which it may be deleted.

4. Refund Policy

  • Within 7 days of initial purchase: Full refund available if you are not satisfied with the service. Contact us through our contact page.
  • After 7 days: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
  • Service outages: If the platform experiences extended downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours), you may contact us for a pro-rated credit for the affected period.
  • Billing errors: If you are charged incorrectly, contact us immediately and we will process a full refund for the erroneous charge within 5-7 business days.

5. How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your registered email address, subscription plan, and reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle (you may cancel for future periods)
  • Dissatisfaction with educational content that was accurately described

7. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

  • Upgrades: Contact us at pretinnovofficial@gmail.com to upgrade your plan. Changes take effect within 1 business day.
  • Downgrades: Contact us to downgrade. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
